Luxor Ref. 571 - Le Locle, ca. 1960s
✅ Service & warranty: This watch has been completely overhauled by Atelier Zeitglas and comes with a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
Rare vintage wristwatch with "floating" balance wheel and original Luxor lettering. While other documented models ran under Brilux or Beyer Zurich, this example proudly retains its original signature of origin: Montres Luxor SA - Le Locle.
The balance seems to "float" between the dial and the glass - supported by a beautifully constructed bridge that lends the appearance an almost mystical depth.
One last detail for those who take a closer look: the housing number 0303 - a signature from an earlier chapter.
A real eye-catcher - and certainly not a clock that just happens to be at the next table.
Condition:
The case shows light to normal signs of wear commensurate with its age. The dial, hands and indices bear visible patina - traces of time that emphasize the authentic vintage character of this watch. Despite its history, the overall appearance is harmonious and full of character.
Technically, the watch has been freshly overhauled and is in perfect condition.
