Hello! Thank you for your interest in our watches.
Rare vintage Heuer Cortina Ref. 110.233 from the 1970s with the famous Heuer Caliber 12 (automatic, mini-rotor) - for the discerning watch collector
The Heuer Caliber 12 is the advanced version of the first automatic chronograph movement, the Heuer Caliber 11. The Heuer Caliber 11 was created after years of joint development by the watch manufacturers Breitling and Heuer, the movement manufacturer Büren and the chronograph specialist Dubois-Dépraz. Alongside the Zenith El Primero movement, which was created at the same time, this movement was the world's first automatic chronograph caliber. It was later improved in detail and renamed Caliber 12. This watch therefore contains an important piece of watchmaking history.
